Summary

The Child Advocacy Center of Northeast Missouri (CACNEMO) is seeking statements of qualifications from licensed architectural firms to provide comprehensive design and planning services for a new trauma-informed facility to be located in Wentzville, Missouri.

This RFQ is issued in accordance with the Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process, and pricing information should not be submitted at this stage.

Selection will be based on demonstrated qualifications, relevant experience, and project approach. We are seeking a licensed architectural firm with demonstrated experience in nonprofit, public-sector, or community-based facility design. Firms must be licensed to practice in Missouri and in good standing with all applicable regulatory bodies.

Scope of Services

• Site analysis and pre-design consultation
• Schematic design and design development
• Construction documents and permit coordination
• Bidding assistance and contractor selection support
• Construction administration and close-out
• Compliance with local zoning, IBC codes, ADA, and relevant state/federal design standards

All proposals must be received no later than August 6, 2025 at 4:00 PM CST via one of the following methods:
