Director of Finance and Business Administration
Candidate must have the ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. Must be able to keep agency matters strictly confidential. Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills is essential. Prior management experience in Accounting or Business Management is required. CPA certification or prior experience collaborating with a CPA is highly desirable. This position will be assigned to work out of the Wentzville office.
Therapist
This position will provide therapy for children and some adults, in groups or individually, regarding the impact of child abuse, maltreatment, neglect, or other traumatic experiences. The therapist will develop a trauma focused treatment plan and provide appropriate therapeutic interventions to reduce the effect of trauma on the child and caregivers. This position is located in the Wentzville office, but may be required to work in the Troy or Hannibal office if need is determined.
Child and Family Coordinator
The primary function of this position is to provide a welcoming, child-friendly, and safe environment for all children and families who come to the CAC for forensic interviews. The Child and Family Coordinator maintains the lobby area, assists with paperwork, and provides activities for children visiting the CAC.
Prevention Education Specialist
The Prevention Education Specialist will deliver school and community-based presentations on various child abuse prevention topics for professionals who are mandated reporters, parents, and children of preschool through high school age. In addition, the Prevention Education Specialist will attend community meetings and participate in community events to represent the CAC when appropriate.
Forensic Interviewer
This position will provide developmentally and culturally appropriate and legally defensible forensic interviews for children, adolescents and developmentally disabled adults who are victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse or who have witnessed a crime. This role will also respond to subpoenas and testify in court when requested.
